Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contact Center Quality Auditor to perform quality audits on customer interactions in an omnichannel environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality reviews of customer interactions and processes to assess performance and identify improvement areas
Monitor and score omnichannel communications against established quality assurance standards
Prepare scorecards and performance reports for contact center representatives based on evaluations


Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a contact center environment
1 year of experience scoring and rating customer interactions
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
