Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Lead to manage payroll
processes in a multi-state environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process semi-monthly payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees
across multiple subsidiaries
Assist with payroll compliance matters and conduct reconciliations
for various payroll-related accounts
Provide payroll reports to internal departments and maintain
accurate payroll records
Required Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in payroll, preferably in a public company
environment
Experience with multi-state payroll for over 1,000 employees
Knowledge of payroll compliance and state/federal employment
laws
Experience with Paylocity and NetSuite preferred
