Job Description:

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Manager to develop the direction of Billing Support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop procedures and processes for handling disputes and chargebacks
Monitor risk indicators and analyze department performance
Collaborate with technical, product, and support teams to optimize billing support processes

Required Qualifications

Over 2 years of experience in billing processes
Experience in rebuilding strategies for compliance interactions
Expertise in analyzing user behavior and segmenting users
Ability to work in a high-loaded atmosphere
English proficiency B2+
