Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Ops Manager - Executive
Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Executive Benefits Inforce operations admin support
staff and day-to-day operations
Oversee Premium Administration tasks and ensure timely handling of
variable funds
Coordinate audits, quality control programs, and streamline
workflow processes
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; high
school diploma required
Current FINRA SIE and Series 6/7 preferred; must obtain within one
year if not held
Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced environment with
high-value deliverables
Minimum 1 year of experience in the insurance and/or financial
field
Prior experience in leadership and/or people management strongly
preferred
