Job Description:
Part Time - 8-10 hours per week (flexible on days) Can do 1 10
hour day or split hours into multiple days 2 Days/month must be
onsite, the rest can be remote 30 minute follow ups 45 minute
initial evaluations Needs to be Board Certified Dual Diagnosis
population - Mental Health and Addiction/substance abuse Must have
Medicaid and an active NY License
