A company is looking for a People Process Optimization Lead to enhance productivity and efficiency within the People team.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and identify improvement opportunities in People processes
Implement a continuous improvement program across cross-functional People teams
Lead cross-organizational projects to drive performance improvement and automation

Required Qualifications

8+ years of project/program leadership experience in HR transformation or business operations
2+ years of direct people management experience
Proven track record of delivering complex global transformational programs
Strong operational background with data-driven decision-making experience
Experience in navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions
