Job Description:
A company is looking for a MCU Claims Adjuster Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the proper
course of action and resolution
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while ensuring
effective communication throughout the claims process
Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to
support the outcome of the claim file
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, and reciprocals (must be
willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe)
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
