Global Compensation Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to conduct research and analyze data to ensure competitive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market analysis and research to support compensation recommendations
Administer global compensation surveys and perform job analysis for job leveling
Support the annual merit and bonus process, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Three or more years of experience as a Compensation, Human Resources, or Finance Analyst
CCP designation or GRP certification preferred
Experience with compensation management tools such as MarketPay or CompAnalyst
Familiarity with global mobility and understanding of immigration laws
