The Data Integration Lead Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.In this role, you're expected to: Collaborating with data consumer to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product (e.g. Loans, Derivatives, Deposits,etc) requirements.Partners with business teams to develop process improvements, solutions, and streamline operational workflowsApplies professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on the analysis of informationMay occasionally provide informal guidance or on the job training to new or lower-level team membersCreating a product road map based on this visionindependently solve complex problems. - Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. -Responsibilities: -Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetingsExamines and evaluates project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads -Determines appropriateness, and guides revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forumsManage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project groupSupport resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processesLiaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processesIndependently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomyDevelops and articulates business requirements and maps current and future state processesContributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations -Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Partner closely with Finance Product Owners teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to the perpetual pipeline of innovative ideas and solution providersQualifications:6-10 years relevant experience in Banking or Finance6+ years of experience in innovation methods, product development and customer-centric digital strategy and design. Background in a strategic field such as product strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting (e.g. Big 4 other top tier 1firm).Experience in managing and implementing successful projectsAbility to be nimble and adjust priorities as neededPossesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectivesFamiliarity with data conceptsCommunicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levelsDemonstrated track record of partnership and collaboration among cross-functional teamsAmbition to drive toward continuous innovation and improvements.Ability to quickly adapt and maintain a flexible approach and resiliency in an agile environment.Proficient Advanced knowledge Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Familiar with Tableau Experience using Python is considered a plusProficient and advanced knowledge of project managementProficient and advanced knowledge of business analysis and QA testingProficient and advanced knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governance industry standard toolsIntermediate proficiency in System Query Language (SQL)Demonstrated understanding of Database structuresFlexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with two products :DerivativesCash, Fixed Assets, IntercompanySFTRetail Loans (i.e. Cards, Mortgages, Personal Loans)DepositsSecurities and DebtEducation:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Data Governance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Data Integration------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Long Island City New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$142,320.00 - $213,480.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
