Job Summary We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Pega technologies including Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive our companys mission forward. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Pega applications to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of Pega Reporting to provide actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Provide technical guidance on the Pega Platform to optimize performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain Pega Application Development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Integrate Pega Data and ensure seamless data flow across systems for accurate and timely information.
• Enhance Pega User Experience by designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.
• Manage Pega Case Management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to drive intelligent decision-making and personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Pega solutions with business objectives.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends to continually improve solutions. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in Pega Reporting Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility Pega Case Management and PEGA Decision Hub.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Have experience in Order Planning and Communication is a plus.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Certifications Required Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) Certified Pega Business Architect (CBA) Applications will be accepted until 12- Nov-2024. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
