They do commercial flooring projects, multi-family flooring
projects, and new construction residential flooring. -Job
Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Flooring
Sales/Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in sales, project management, and the
flooring industry. This role requires a proactive individual who
can manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships,
and drive sales growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients,
contractors, and suppliers.
- Manage flooring projects from inception to completion, ensuring
timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on flooring products
and solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to
potential clients.
- Coordinate and oversee installation schedules, ensuring quality
control and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes
promptly.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of flooring products,
industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of
the company.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and project management, preferably
in the flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of flooring products, installation processes,
and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using project management software and CRM
systems.
