Job Description:

A company is looking for an AVP, Performance & Operations Management (HEDIS/Quality) to oversee quality improvement processes and programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for quality improvement across all business segments
Provide oversight and feedback on State Plan quality measure performance
Identify and incorporate best practices for improving performance within the health plan industry

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
8+ years in quality improvement, with at least 6 years in managed care
A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
Experience with HEDIS audit, data flow, and measures is preferred
